Project O operates a number of initiatives in the Valley of a Thousand Hills, including - child sponsorship, mobile nurse, childrens homesteads, bike clubs and more. The organisation has been operating for several years now and aims to alleviate the AIDS orphan crisis in South Africa - one orphan at a time.
