My Astronomy Blog

Provides information and photos about astronomy, but very much from a novice's point-of-view. The blog concentrates on the Sky-Watcher Explorer 130P, and gives realistic views on what can be achieved with an introductory level telescope. There are also posts on general astronomy, for example, calculating the field of view, deciding how many eyepieces to have, the best magnifications to use, and so on.
