Breast cancer symptoms may include a breast lump or thickening which feels different from the surrounding tissue, bloody discharge from the nipple or both nipples, change in the size or shape of a breast and changes taking place to the skin over the breast. Breast cancer symptoms can be inverted nipple, peeling or flaking of the nipple skin and redness or pitting of the skin over a breast, like the skin of an orange.
